I had a really frustrating experience buying a staple gun from Northeast Tool. It immediately started misfiring the very first day, and when I brought it back to exchange it, the manager was incredibly unhelpful and argued with me. The customer service was awful, and I definitely won’t be returning. Honestly, it’s a shame – I’d recommend everyone on Cape Cod avoid this place.

I had a really frustrating experience at this store last week when I tried to return a faulty saw. The manager, who didn’t even offer his name, was incredibly dismissive and argumentative. I explained that the saw was broken from the start – it had no power and a burning smell – and I asked to exchange it for a new one. Instead of acknowledging the problem, he immediately accused me of damaging it. After a twenty-minute argument, I was essentially forced to leave with the broken saw. It was unbelievably unprofessional, and I was also disappointed by the limited selection of tools and the fact that the store was completely empty. Honestly, the level of disrespect I received will definitely deter me and everyone I know from ever shopping there again.

Seriously, this is my favorite place for everything related to woodworking. The cabinet hardware – drawer slides, hinges, pulls, the whole shebang – is just unmatched. I’m almost hesitant to share this, it’s like my little secret! Beyond the hardware, they have a fantastic selection of tools and accessories, honestly the quality is amazing – way better than what you’d find at a big box store. I’ve been really impressed with their router bits, block planes, and stiletto hammers. They really focus on quality, and you won’t be disappointed. And the prices are fantastic! Nick, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to give this place the recognition it deserves – 5 stars without a doubt! Check out my page, @ripa.woodworks, to see what I’m talking about.

“I can honestly say it’s a fantastic company to work with. I’ve been a customer for a while now, even though I’ve moved to western Massachusetts, and it’s definitely worth the trip to deal with their knowledgeable team – people like Peter and Mike have been there for years and really know their products. Plus, the prices are really reasonable.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Builder’s Supply of Cape Cod. The owners were incredibly friendly and really knowledgeable, and Nick went above and beyond to help us. He quickly researched our needs, presented us with some great options, and made sure everything was readily available. It’s been a true pleasure!”

“I was really disappointed with my purchase. I bought two compressors – a Gas One and an electric one – for around $1600 total, but unfortunately, both were complete trash. Within just a week of owning them, they started having multiple issues. The seller was also very unprofessional, and things escalated quickly, ending in a screaming match when I asked for an exchange. They eventually gave me a third compressor, but it was a frustrating and stressful experience overall.”

Cabinet Supplies really stood out – they had an amazing selection of Blum products, which is probably the largest on Cape Cod. They carried everything from glides and hinges to fasteners and those special application parts. Plus, the service was fantastic; the team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Nick is seriously the go-to guy for cabinet hardware on Cape Cod. He’s the biggest distributor of the top brands, and honestly, if you’re tackling a kitchen remodel or just a small project, you’ll find everything you need with him – it’s really the best place to start.

“This supply house is a great find if you’re looking for tools that actually *work* – a real step up from some of the cheaper brands.”
-
“They were really easy to work with and went above and beyond to help us out.”
