I’d worked with designers before, but this team is just in a different league. Their professionalism and genuine passion for their work really shines through. The design itself is incredible, and I absolutely love it. But beyond that, the process was amazing. They were so attentive and collaborative, making me feel completely involved from the very first meeting right through to the installation.   I couldn’t be happier with the renovation of my historic home! I reached out to Mackenzie & Company specifically because I needed expert guidance on blending the old with the new – I had a 180-year-old house being renovated with a modern addition. Angela and her team were fantastic; they came in just after the framing was complete, while the walls were still up, and immediately offered some brilliant ideas, especially regarding the plumbing. They really helped me choose the perfect fixtures and styles to complement the house’s original character. The result is absolutely stunning – the older part of the house feels wonderfully fresh and historic, while the new addition seamlessly integrates with it. Honestly, it looks like it belongs on the cover of a design magazine, but it’s also incredibly comfortable and inviting. Angela, Samantha, and Sierra – the whole Mackenzie team – were a joy to work with, and their process of showing us samples and helping us make selections was genuinely fun.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Angela and Caleb from R&W Anderson. From the outset, we struggled with a complete lack of communication and a frustrating delay of four months just to get a basic cost estimate for a relatively small project. Despite providing very detailed information about what we needed, Angela and Caleb seemed consistently unresponsive and, frankly, quite clueless. When I raised concerns about the lack of progress, Angela became defensive and ultimately terminated our project via email. This whole experience was a massive waste of our time, and because of their unprofessional behavior and significant delays, our project will now be significantly behind schedule. I would strongly advise against using Angela and Caleb for any design or refurbishment work – you’re likely to be extremely disappointed.” report abuse

  “I stumbled upon Mackenzie & Co. and Mac & Co. Shoppe while exploring Merchant Square, and I was completely charmed! The space itself is gorgeous, and they have such a wonderful selection – everything from beautiful vases to furniture. I was really impressed by the quality of the furniture they offered at prices that felt really reasonable. I actually just ordered a new sofa and I’m so excited to get it! I also grabbed some vases, candles, and kitchenware while I was there. Definitely a place to check out if you’re looking for design inspiration or just need to refresh your home.” report abuse

  Mackenzie and Co., specifically Angela, did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our office in Osterville. From the very beginning, Angela took the time to really understand our vision – we had a general idea, but she expertly translated it into a beautiful, fully realized design that perfectly suited our needs and budget. Angela was so professional and collaborative; she worked with us every step of the way, refining the design based on our feedback until we were completely happy. And she didn't just design it, she handled everything – the sourcing of furniture, delivery, installation, you name it! Honestly, walking into our newly designed office is a joy.
