Honestly, I can’t recommend this company. My experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately a huge waste of time and money. Steve took a significant upfront payment – more than half the cost of my basement finishing project – claiming it was needed for materials and to account for rising costs. Unfortunately, after months of waiting, all we had was a hole in the concrete and the HVAC was completed. They kept asking for more money, saying it was necessary to keep the project moving forward, which felt like a constant cycle. The project dragged on for nearly two years with shockingly poor results, and we’re still battling them to get the final certificate of occupancy. Thankfully, the city is stepping in to assist us.

Steve and his team did an absolutely fantastic job moving our half bath and completely renovating the space. They handled everything – the plumbing, flooring, electrical work, and painting – with such professionalism and care. From the very beginning, they kept us fully informed of the progress, which we really appreciated. The finished result is stunning, and we’re incredibly happy with their work. They were polite, punctual, and left our home sparkling clean – we couldn’t recommend them more highly!
