  Curtis did a fantastic job with my heater repair – it was a really tricky job fitting it in such a tight space. He was so professional and cheerful throughout the whole process, and I really appreciated his positive attitude. He’s going to be back soon with the right tools to tackle some circulation problems with my hot tub/pool, and I have complete confidence in his expertise and experience. He not only got the problem resolved correctly, but he also took the time to double-check everything and even filled my spa to prevent any further leaks.   I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. Last year, I had them reinstall a slide as part of my decking project, and shortly after, it started leaking. It took far too long to get them to fix it, and the same leak reappeared this year in the exact same spot. I tried to explain the problem and get a response, but the receptionist was dismissive and rude – she essentially cut me off. Despite my repeated attempts to get help, nothing happened. Then, after finally scheduling a repair, they delayed the appointment once, and when they did arrive, they completely botched the job. Instead of running the hose through the stair post as it should have, they just left it hanging loose – a serious safety hazard for my children. When I asked them to correct their mistake, the technician told me it was “impossible,” which I found completely unbelievable. Ultimately, I had to take my business elsewhere to get the issue properly resolved. It’s clear this company doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction or doing the job correctly. Honestly, they were just unwilling to help, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. report abuse
