  I was really disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment scheduled, but the technician never showed up. After calling the office, I was told he hadn’t even been added to his calendar, and the secretary promised to reschedule with the estimator. However, I never received a return call, and when I followed up again, I was told he couldn't be available until next week. Honestly, the lack of communication and follow-through was incredibly frustrating, and I’m concerned about the quality of their service if this is how they treat their customers. report abuse

Honestly, their quote was the most expensive of the three we received, but it was the only one that recommended Helical Piers – and that’s what really made the difference. We looked into the other companies, and it became clear they didn’t have the proper certifications for Helical Piers, so they offered a less thorough solution that wouldn't have properly stabilized our home. Foundation Technology’s experience, working on everything from residential homes to massive projects like the Beijing International Airport runways, gave us complete confidence in their expertise.
