  Jocelyn Estrada was a fantastic resource for us when we were researching new hardwood flooring. My mom was transitioning to permanent living at home from the nursing home, and we needed to make sure the floors were wheelchair-friendly. Jocelyn patiently answered all of our questions about different flooring options and even helped us navigate working with our contractor – he can be a bit challenging, to be honest!   Jocelyn and her team at Floor Coverings International – Santa Clarita did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new hardwood composite flooring. They were incredibly accommodating, working around our schedule and even allowing us to stay in our home while they moved furniture room by room. The installation itself was top-notch and finished ahead of schedule, but I did notice a few minor scratches on the floor from the crew moving the closet doors, which was a little disappointing. Overall, though, a really positive experience. report abuse
