  “I was really pleased with the service I received from Payless. I needed a new hot water heater and found them online. I called at 11:30 AM and they scheduled a technician to arrive between 2 and 4 PM, and even sent a text with the technician’s name and confirmed arrival time. Antonio C. was fantastic – he arrived right on schedule, provided two really competitive estimates, and completed the installation in just 2.5 hours, including removing the old unit.   “I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Payless Water Heaters. From the very beginning, David H. was outstanding. He quickly and clearly identified the problem with our water heater, provided us with all the information we needed, and even presented us with several options – including a pricier replacement which we ultimately chose with complete confidence. What really stood out was David’s transparency; he explained everything clearly and openly about pricing and discounts. He was incredibly responsive and resolved the issue promptly once we made our decision. He wasn't afraid to admit when he didn’t know something and always followed up to get the correct information. Beyond that, he was just genuinely friendly and eager to help. You can tell he really enjoys his job! The installation was perfect, and our new water heater is fantastic. While there might be other companies offering similar services for less, I wholeheartedly recommend Payless Water Heaters – especially if you can get David H. He truly went above and beyond.   “Joseph was fantastic – he really took the time to explain exactly what was needed and gave me a clear breakdown of the costs. I was initially just hoping to get a few estimates from different contractors, but Joseph and his boss went above and beyond by offering a special, limited-time discount, which was a really nice surprise.
