  California Pools absolutely blew us away! They completely transformed our backyard into the gorgeous tropical oasis we’d always dreamed of. Bill, the owner and designer, and Dan, the project manager, were fantastic – incredibly professional and always kept us fully in the loop with clear communication. We had a lot of questions and changes during the process, but they were so patient and accommodating, always willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were happy. You could really see their dedication to quality; they handled everything – from the initial design and permits to coordinating with the contractors – with such seamless efficiency, and they’ve even continued to support us since the project was finished.   We absolutely love our new pool, and honestly, it was worth every penny! From start to finish, California Pools, specifically Bill and his team in Santa Clarita, exceeded our expectations. We spent a lot of time researching different contractors, and while they were definitely not the cheapest, the quality of their work – the professionalism, craftsmanship, and overall results – were outstanding. We did experience a couple of delays due to the weather, but they kept us informed and delivered exactly what they promised. Now, we’ve seen some friends in the area who went with less expensive companies and they’re really regretting their choices. Bill is fantastic too; he’s always available to answer questions, even after the project was finished. And we’re so happy with their monthly service – the water is always crystal clear, and everything runs smoothly with no problems at all. report abuse
