  Overall, I had a really good experience at this supplier. The staff in the office were super friendly and helpful, and the yard crew got me loaded up really quickly. They didn’t have a huge selection of mild steel tube and angle, but thankfully they had exactly what I needed. I also appreciated that they’re willing to order anything and it ships out fast and free with their regular deliveries – that’s a huge bonus! report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience at Santa Fe Steel. The welding work itself was actually quite good, but the overall service was terrible. I brought in a simple job – a few end tables – and the next day they were sitting outside in the pouring rain, with the newly welded parts exposed. The woman who works there was incredibly rude and dismissive, immediately blaming me for not arriving sooner even though I’d specifically told her about my planned pickup time. She didn't seem to care that they were left out in the rain and offered no solution. It quickly became obvious that the pieces were going to rust, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened. I ended up spending a lot of time trying to fix it, which could have been avoided with a little care. Honestly, the whole experience was unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend Santa Fe Steel – despite the solid welding work, the lack of professionalism and the really poor customer service completely overshadowed it." report abuse

  “I recently had a snow plow installed on my older Toyota pickup, and I was really impressed with the work.   “My experience at your office was really disappointing. I needed angle iron and the staff didn’t seem to know if you had it in stock. They then asked me to go to the yard myself to check, but no one was there to assist me. I had to go back to the office to inform them, and ultimately, I had to purchase from another supplier – Choice Steel. Honestly, the lack of support and assistance was incredibly unprofessional and fell far short of what I expect in terms of customer service.” report abuse
