  Sina and his team did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our backyard. They were incredibly professional and easy to work with – the crew was always courteous, kept the area clean, and were really respectful of our home. Sina was especially helpful throughout the whole design and planning stage; he was so collaborative and listened carefully to our ideas to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.   “We absolutely love the hillside transformation Sina and Design Scapes created for our home. When we bought the property two years ago, the steep slope was a real challenge, but they turned it into an incredible outdoor space. They built beautiful spiral stairs and a large staircase up to a stunning terrace with a garden, seating area, and even a fire pit – we now spend almost every evening up there enjoying the sunsets. Sina was fantastic to work with – so responsive and communicative, and he provided detailed renderings that really helped us visualize the final result. He kept us fully informed about the budget and timeline, and he handled any little issues with a really constructive approach. His team was also incredibly professional and considerate of our neighbors. We’re still thrilled with the work, especially after they quickly addressed some minor rust on the handrails a year later – they completely repaired and repainted them at no charge!   Sina was fantastic to work with – we completed two projects with him simultaneously, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The first project was delivered perfectly on time and to our exact specifications, which we happily adjusted as we went along. Sina was consistently proactive, offering great ideas, valuable feedback, and keeping us fully informed. The second project did experience a slight delay due to some damaged materials, but Sina handled it brilliantly. He immediately took care of the issue, rescheduling the team and refusing to compromise on quality – he simply rejected the damaged shipment and got a replacement. It was really reassuring not to have to deal with any frustrating disputes. Ultimately, both projects turned out beautifully, and I'm incredibly pleased with the quality of his work. Honestly, he’s one of the most reliable contractors I’ve ever worked with. He consistently followed through on everything – the calls, the detailed plans, being on time… it's the little things that really make a difference.   Sina seemed like a really promising designer initially, and his reviews were encouraging. He was professional and had a good design sense, which is why I hired him for my front yard project. However, things quickly became frustrating. I expected to have some options when it came to the stone for the fence, but Sina seemed uncomfortable with me wanting to explore different choices and simply said he’d send me to a stone yard alone. Then, on the first day of the project, an earthquake sensor issue caused a delay, and while his team addressed it, the whole situation felt a bit disorganized. The biggest issue came when, instead of working with me to find a solution, he just wrote a check and canceled the job. To add to the problem, he never responded when I asked him to finish the irrigation or return a missing tool. Ultimately, while I believe the work would have been good, the communication and responsiveness were so poor that it wasn’t worth the hassle. report abuse
