“Working with JMA was a really difficult experience for us. We quickly realized they weren’t managing the project effectively – the final cost was around 50% over budget, and the project ran about a year behind schedule. Furthermore, the quality control was inconsistent, and we had significant issues with oversight. Ultimately, we had to terminate the contract when they refused to address a walkway installation that deviated drastically from the agreed-upon designs. It was a very disappointing outcome.”
