“Working with JMA was a really frustrating experience. We quickly found that they weren’t transparent about the potential impact on our budget – it ended up being around 50% over what we’d initially agreed on – and they were a year behind schedule. Furthermore, the quality of their work was inconsistent, and there was a serious lack of oversight. Ultimately, we had to terminate the contract when they refused to address a walkway installation that deviated significantly from the agreed-upon plans. It was a very disappointing outcome.”
