“We contacted this firm after a recommendation, but unfortunately, we had a really frustrating experience. We had several stucco cracks and initially, the receptionist was very nice and connected us to the right person. However, I left three polite voicemails requesting a home visit, and none of them were returned. When I finally spoke to someone else on the fourth call, they promised they’d call us back that day, but that never happened. Ultimately, we ended up going with another company who were incredibly responsive – they answered our questions, replied to our emails within a day, and quickly scheduled a visit. Honestly, it’s quite shocking how inconsistent the customer service is in the construction trades around here.”
