  “I’ve been consistently impressed with Brian and Red Stake. I’ve used their services a few times now, and Brian has been incredibly helpful every time. I actually worked with Lamond at a previous company – I grew up around a developer in the Osprey area, familiar with Blackburn Harbor – and Brian has been fantastic at sorting out some of the older surveys and work Lamond had previously completed.
