  We couldn’t be happier with the complete remodel Timeline Design+Build did on our California ranch house in Saratoga. From start to finish, it’s been an incredible experience, and we genuinely feel like we’ve gained more than just a beautiful home – we’ve made some great friends. Matthew Harrigan, the owner, was truly involved in the entire project, and his background in engineering really shone through. He immediately put us at ease with a detailed workflow diagram, showing us how he kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. Matthew patiently walked us through the design process, helping us understand the options and make informed decisions about our budget. Kyle Le, one of the interior designers, was also fantastic. He and Gary Skwarek, our site manager, worked together seamlessly to help us choose the perfect finishes and appliances – everything was both stylish and practical. Gary was always on-site, incredibly helpful, and seemed like a genius when it came to construction. What really set Timeline apart was their meticulous planning. They provided us with a detailed construction calendar from the very beginning, which allowed them to overlap tasks and keep us on track. And they didn’t just plan – they executed flawlessly. There were absolutely no delays, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. They even proactively addressed some settling issues with the doors within months of completion, at no charge. They gave us some fantastic initial ideas and really helped us visualize what a small, medium, or full-scale renovation would look like, along with realistic cost estimates. Their advice was incredibly practical and clearly came from a lot of experience. They were always professional, easy to work with, and genuinely listened to our thoughts and ideas.   Timeline Design in Saratoga truly exceeded our expectations. We hired them for a complete remodel – essentially rebuilding our home after significant mold damage – and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very beginning, the team, led by Matthew Harrigan, made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Matthew expertly guided us through the design phase and presented us with several budget-friendly options. He was incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about our situation. We also worked closely with Kyle Le for the interior design, who was fantastic. He offered brilliant ideas, took us shopping for materials like tile, and consistently kept us within our budget. And our project manager, Gary Skwarek, was outstanding! He was on-site every day, handling all the extra work and coordinating the subcontractors – he’s a true professional and a joy to work with. Throughout the entire project, Timeline kept us fully informed and stayed remarkably on schedule. They handled a few minor issues that arose and even followed up months later to fix misalignment on our pocket doors at no charge. While we're still waiting on a new dishwasher (due to supply chain delays), Timeline has kept us updated, and we’re confident it will arrive soon.
