  Overall, I’m really pleased with my solar installation. American Solar Corp of Sausalito did a fantastic job – they specifically recommended Sunpower panels, which were a great choice given our coastal location, and they even included an inverter that would keep the house running on solar power during a PG&E outage. Plus, the price was competitive with other vendors we looked at. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality of the installation. report abuse

  It seems like American Solar Corp. in Sausalito is getting a lot of confused calls – essentially, customers are mistakenly contacting them because they’re being directed by another company, American Solar Direct. It’s really unfortunate for them and I can imagine how frustrating it must be dealing with so many upset customers. report abuse

  Honestly, I’ve been dealing with constant, unwanted calls from this company for over a year now. It’s incredibly frustrating, and frankly, I wouldn’t trust them to do anything beyond a very simple job – let alone install solar panels! report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. Despite multiple requests to cease contact, I’ve continued to receive repeated calls. The representative’s behavior was completely unacceptable – using offensive language and making inappropriate remarks. This needs to be addressed immediately, and I request that my number be removed from any future communications. report abuse
