We had some unexpected hurdles with our insurance claim, but Glenn really went above and beyond to resolve everything and get our roof claim approved. And the best part?   “We were so impressed with the whole team! Everyone was incredibly professional and didn’t pressure us at all. Glen was fantastic – he kept us constantly updated and really made sure we were happy with everything. Specifically, Alfredo and Edwin did an amazing job repairing the water damage inside, and it looks absolutely brand new!   Glenn and his team were absolutely fantastic. Two other contractors initially said our roof was fine, but Glenn insisted on having an engineer assess it, which thankfully revealed the extent of the damage. Because of his persistence, our insurance company authorized the necessary repairs, and ultimately, our roof was replaced – preventing further issues.   Mike and his team did an absolutely fantastic job resolving the persistent mold problem in our townhouse. After a couple of inspections, we discovered several leaks in our windows, door, and siding. They quickly got to work replacing the insulation in the attic, installing a solar fan, and tackling the siding and door issues. What really impressed us was that once they uncovered the missing moisture barrier – a surprisingly common issue in this area – they seamlessly incorporated it into the project. Mike was incredibly proactive, keeping us updated on the progress and timeline, and ensuring his crew understood exactly what needed to be done. He truly cares about doing the job correctly, and everyone we encountered was professional, hardworking, and went above and beyond our expectations. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and old-fashioned work ethic, but Mike and his team certainly delivered.
