“The delivery went smoothly – they unloaded the drywall within less than 30 minutes.”
-
“Overall, the workers were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I had a really frustrating experience with the office staff – they let me leave my truck parked in their yard overnight, which was completely unexpected. Then, after I’d already unloaded and unpacked my entire shipment, a yard worker informed me that all loads from my pickup location needed to be transferred to their other warehouse. It felt like a really confusing and inconvenient process, especially since I hadn't been asked about the origin of my delivery. Communication with the drivers bringing the product needs a significant overhaul – it’s important to understand where loads are coming from before they arrive.”
-
It looks like there was a significant delay in unloading – approximately 4 hours.
