For the last six months, we’ve been dealing with a serious issue – our facia is falling off due to poor workmanship, where they’d jammed the drip line incorrectly. Despite sending multiple supervisors and leads to assess the damage, they’ve repeatedly promised to follow up, only to send different people to “survey” the problem without actually fixing it. Now, with hurricane season upon us, we’re left with exposed boards being blown off by the wind every storm.   I’m incredibly frustrated with this company’s handling of my corner shower installation. I was initially assured a same-day install, contingent on a 24-hour cure time, and agreed to the price. However, after signing the contract, I was told the shower would be done the same day, but the custom door and glass would take weeks. This was a complete misrepresentation, and frankly, deceptive. The contractor’s van was unmarked, and I never received any confirmation about the custom door specifications before signing the contract. Now, nearly two months after the shower was installed, I still don’t have a door, curtain, or any updates on the timeline. I’ve been met with silence and ignored my attempts to get answers. The whole experience has been incredibly stressful, and I strongly advise against using this company – their lack of communication and blatant misrepresentation is unacceptable. report abuse

  “Overall, we had a really positive experience. Our salesman was fantastic – incredibly friendly, personable, and genuine. He really highlighted the family-owned nature of the company and the comfortable, home-like atmosphere of their offices, which we appreciated. The products themselves were exceptional, definitely exceeding our expectations.   Roger and Joel did a fantastic job transforming the bathroom! They tackled the old tub and tile removal with impressive efficiency, and the installation of the new walk-in shower was really well done – professional and meticulous. They were particularly careful with all the old adhesive and got to the tricky task of replacing the drain trap perfectly. The finished result looks absolutely gorgeous, and it’s amazing to see how much work they accomplished in just one day! The clean-up was also spotless. report abuse

  Josh and Joel did a fantastic job – they were both incredibly professional and meticulous, ensuring everything was exactly as it was when they started the project. I had absolutely no complaints and was really impressed with the final outcome. They worked really well as a team and were punctual. I’m definitely looking forward to working with them again. Miss Kleily, the supervisor, was also fantastic; she kept me updated and went above and beyond to check in and see how things were going.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Long Home Baths. The customer service was outstanding – Matthew was so helpful and clearly explained everything to us.   Cathy and Mike were thrilled with their experience working with Kim & Hunter at Long Home. They particularly appreciated Kim’s helpful design ideas and Hunter’s deep knowledge of the renovation process and financing. Kim & Hunter truly took the time to understand their vision and made them feel completely comfortable moving forward with the tub-to-shower conversion.
