I had a truly awful experience at this place and unfortunately, I’ve cancelled my membership as a result. From the start, the lifeguards were incredibly rude and unprofessional – one even allegedly threatened my wife and wouldn’t give their name when I asked. When I brought this to the supervisor’s attention, they just doubled down and refused to give me any contact information for the company. It felt like they were telling me there was nothing I could do. Beyond that, I also noticed staff members parking their own cars on the property and I was concerned about a strange smell coming from those vehicles, leading me to suspect possible drug use during breaks. It was a really unsettling situation overall, and I felt completely unsupported and dismissed.

I was really disappointed with my experience at the Woodmore Country Club pool. I encountered a lifeguard from Continental Pools who was incredibly aggressive and disrespectful. She immediately summoned me over and then acted confrontational when I explained I was waiting for my husband. Things quickly escalated when I asked for her name – she became threatening, clapped her hands, balled her fist, and even paced around me as if she might become violent. It was deeply upsetting to be publicly attacked and humiliated in front of my children. I immediately spoke with the food and beverage manager and the general manager, but the lifeguard’s supervisor, Kenan, was unhelpful, refusing to provide any information about his superiors and dismissing my concerns. Frankly, his response just added to my frustration. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of training and professionalism among the team, and I believe the owner needs to take immediate action to address this – before a situation like this turns into something much more serious.

I wholeheartedly recommend Continental Pools – they’ve been fantastic for us. Our main contact, Marko, is truly exceptional; he’s incredibly efficient, always delivers on his promises, and is super proactive about keeping everything running smoothly. It was especially reassuring to have them open last year during Covid when many other pools were closed, and we’re so grateful for their dedication. A big thank you to Marko and the whole team of supervisors and guards!

Honestly, I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I paid $450 for them to clean my pool, and it was a complete waste of money. They barely vacuumed it, and I still couldn’t use the pool after they were finished. They then charged me an additional $125 for a second visit to try and fix the problem, and the people I spoke with didn’t seem to care at all – they didn’t even acknowledge my frustration or apologize for the poor service. I didn’t receive any follow-up email either. I would strongly advise against using their services; there are much better options out there.

“I seem to recall the name was Krystal, though I don’t have a clear memory of our interactions. Overall, I found her to be quite unprofessional – her communication with the team was really poor, and then she’d try to backtrack and apologize, which felt very toxic. Honestly, it wasn't a good fit for the team.”
-
There were some serious concerns raised regarding safety and oversight. It appeared the security team wasn’t adequately attentive, and there were significant issues with the maintenance of the pool area – particularly the exposed blades and scattered debris. Furthermore, basic electrical safety protocols were clearly not being followed.
-
This employee consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and dedication to their tasks. They're reliable, always willing to go the extra mile, and produce good quality work. There's room for growth in terms of proactively suggesting improvements, but overall, a valuable contributor to the team.
