  “We were really pleased with Windows Outfitters – they installed new windows in our whole house, which was over 14 windows in total. From the start, the estimation process was super helpful and quick, and their price was competitive with other quotes we got. We felt completely comfortable leaving them to it while we weren’t home.   “We had a new home built in 2017 and had a couple of Provia doors installed by Alpen. Unfortunately, in 2021, the trim around one of the glass panes on our back door cracked. It was a really frustrating process getting that resolved – it took months to get Alpen to work with Provia and ultimately get replacement parts. We were completely stuck because neither company could send someone out to do the installation. Thankfully, we found Window Outfitters online and Bob Davis was amazing! Despite not typically servicing Provia doors, he went above and beyond to help us. He and Glen from Provia actually came out and fixed the door, not just replacing the trim, but also correcting a sticky hinge that had been a huge problem. Now the door opens smoothly and our trim is ready for the winter. Seriously, Bob’s dedication and customer service were incredible – we’re so happy with the result!” report abuse

  “I’ve been incredibly pleased with Window Outfitters. Back in 2002, I had them replace all the windows and exterior doors on my 1927 home in SW Minneapolis – something I really wanted to do while preserving the original character of the house. I actually got quotes from several companies, but Window Outfitters stood out with their wide selection of products, the best price, and the quality of their work. Years later, when I finished renovating my basement, they came back and installed more windows and another entry door.   I was really impressed with Elizabeth Braun and the service we received during our in-home estimate. What really stood out was her honesty – she didn’t just tell us we needed new windows, she took the time to thoroughly explain our situation, listen to our concerns, and actually educate us about the underlying issues. She identified what was truly causing our problems and offered helpful advice on a few smaller fixes. We’ll definitely be calling Window Outfitters again when the time comes for a full window replacement. report abuse
