  “I originally gave this company one star because I was completely ignored after calling about a leaking bathtub valve. I was put on a waiting list and never heard back. It took two weeks of waiting, and then no contact. Thankfully, my follow-up call today, December 12th, was a much better experience. Within 15 minutes, they scheduled an appointment for me for December 15th and clearly explained the new account setup and payment options. While we ultimately decided to go with another plumber who could provide a quote, I was really impressed with the improved customer service I received during this call – that’s why I’m increasing my rating to three stars.” report abuse

  “We had a really stressful situation when a leak above our water heater caused a short circuit and ruined it on Friday evening – we immediately lost our hot water. Thankfully, we were able to reach Matt at Caiazzo & Sons, and he was fantastic. It was after hours, but he treated us like valued customers and quickly helped us understand the problem and how to make things safe. James and Trevin arrived right on time Monday morning, and they were incredibly professional, efficient, and kept the work area really tidy. They got everything fixed in just under two hours.   I had a really positive experience with Caiazzo & Sons Plumbing. They quickly and effectively cleared a clogged drain and installed a new ADA-compliant toilet. The technician was incredibly professional, and I was especially pleased with how thorough they were – they not only did a fantastic job but also took the time to disinfect the bathroom and clean up everything afterward.   “I had a really frustrating issue with my kitchen sink drain – it was completely blocked. A standard plunger just wasn't cutting it. I ended up calling Caiazzo Plumbing based on the great reviews I’d read online, and they were fantastic! They were able to get a plumber out quickly, even rearranging their schedule to help me out.
