  Honestly, we were really disappointed with the Anderson windows and the service from Loranger. We installed over twenty of them and already we’re having constant problems with the outside trim coming loose. Plus, they’re incredibly difficult to clean – you practically need tools and lubricant every time you try to tilt them open. We definitely wouldn’t recommend these windows and, to be frank, the service we received from Loranger was also lacking; they weren’t very responsive. There are definitely better window options and providers out there. report abuse

  “I had a frustrating situation – the inside handle on my Anderson door just broke. My first instinct was to get a locksmith out, and thankfully, a local one responded. We waited weeks for them to let us know our door was ready for installation, and the salesperson was incredibly rude and didn’t return any of our calls.   Bob was absolutely fantastic to work with – incredibly dedicated and always thinking about the project’s success. He was consistently on-site, working closely with the builder and architect to offer really valuable, practical suggestions and help keep costs down.   “I’ve been incredibly frustrated with my experience purchasing Andersen doors from Loranger. Unfortunately, all the doors I received were defective, and getting any kind of service has been a huge problem. It’s taken months to even get a service technician scheduled, and I’m still waiting for them to come out and address the issues.” report abuse

  “I was disappointed with this store. The prices were noticeably higher than other retailers, and while they claimed superior quality, I didn’t really see the difference. More concerningly, the door closers didn’t function properly, and the customer service after the sale was completely non-existent – I ended up having to contact the manufacturer directly to get any kind of resolution.” report abuse

  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with my Loranger windows. They were installed back in 2002, and the quality is just appalling. Every single window is drafty, and many of them barely open at all – half of them only go up a couple of inches. I strongly advise anyone considering Loranger windows to steer clear. report abuse
