  I had a water softener installed by American Home Water and Air back in 2012, and it recently stopped working, so I had a new one of the same model put in on January 22, 2024. The technician, Omar Walters, was fantastic! He patiently answered all my questions and I really appreciated his help while he was setting it up. I honestly gave him a 10 out of 10 – he’s a really professional representative for the company, and I’m definitely considering using American Home Water and Air again because of his service. report abuse

  “We’ve been consistently impressed with AHWA’s service over the years for both our AC and plumbing needs. Steve did a fantastic job with our annual AC maintenance on March 29th – he was really knowledgeable, professional, and just a genuinely friendly guy. And Omar was amazing too! He fixed a leaky valve in our bathroom just last week, and it’s the second time he’s worked for us – he’s always done such a great job.” report abuse

  “Andrew did a really great job with my RO system and my water softener. He was so friendly and kept me updated on everything he was doing. He was really thorough – while he was changing the filters, he noticed my water softener was making a noise and quickly diagnosed the problem. He contacted the office to confirm it was covered under warranty and then took care of fixing it for me.” report abuse

He sent a text with a photo beforehand to let me know when he was on his way, arrived promptly, and did a fantastic job – really quick, efficient, and left the area spotless.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with American Home Water and Air. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Will Elizalde was incredibly dedicated and really went the extra mile to ensure everything was done right. Vernon Kea was also fantastic – he personally installed my thermostat the next day and didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied with the work. They were both incredibly professional. I was particularly impressed that they followed up a week later on their own initiative to check in and make sure everything was still working perfectly.   “We were really pleased with the service we received – Higgi did a fantastic job draining and flushing our water heater, and he even took the time to explain the process to us, which we really appreciated. He also installed a new faucet in our laundry tub, and the workmanship was absolutely outstanding; he was so meticulous about cleaning up afterward.
