  Victor did an absolutely fantastic job on my recent projects – he really transformed my kitchen and dining room! He handled everything, from installing the new floor tiles and fixing the drywall damage to adding the baseboards and tackling a leak on the outside wall. He was so professional, kept the whole area spotless, and was incredibly meticulous and detailed in his work. I couldn’t be happier with the results – it’s perfect! report abuse

  XLT Construction completely transformed our old 1950s half bath, and the results were absolutely fantastic! They finished the job in just 16 days, which was a huge relief. We were really impressed with the crew – they were incredibly trustworthy and dedicated to their work. We did have a small suggestion: because they move so quickly, we noticed that the final detailing could benefit from a little more time and attention. We brought this to Leonel LeBaron’s attention, and he promptly and fairly addressed the issue by redoing the finish work to a much higher standard. Mr. LeBaron is a truly honorable and fair person. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the finished project – it’s stunning! The stone tile walls and ceiling in the handicap shower, along with the mosaic floor and shampoo cubby, are incredible.   Here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “I had XLT Construction come out to provide an estimate for a bathroom remodel. The estimator took measurements, but then I never heard back from them. Frankly, that would have been fine. However, over the last six months, I’ve been bombarded with emails from XLT constantly asking me to leave a review. It was incredibly persistent and felt like harassment. Because of this relentless pressure, I can honestly say I found XLT unreliable, unprofessional, and frankly, quite alarming. Given that the initial estimator simply disappeared after the visit, it’s clear the owners were relying on a desperate gamble – hoping I’d give them a positive review. I have absolutely no positive feedback to offer; I would strongly advise against using XLT Construction.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with XLT Construction – they did a fantastic job transforming my home! They tackled a big project, removing all the old carpet and tile and installing brand new flooring, and they finished it in just one week – even working on Thanksgiving to stick to the schedule. Leonel, the owner, was super competitive with his pricing, and in fact, it was the lowest quote I received. I especially appreciated that his quote included things like the underlayment and grout, and he was happy to provide a virtual quote through a video conference, which was really convenient given the circumstances. The team was incredibly hardworking and professional. The guy who did the demolition really got the job done efficiently, and the tile installers were skilled and meticulous, making sure the pattern had great variation – the finished result looks absolutely amazing, like a brand-new home!   Overall, XLT Construction did a fantastic job with my kitchen renovation, especially considering the circumstances. They were incredibly attentive and diligent, consistently checking in and making the necessary adjustments I requested. It was a pleasure working with them, although a slight delay occurred when one of the team members had to be hospitalized, but they quickly got back on track and delivered a very high-quality result. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from XLT. They gave me a fantastic price on replacing my laminate countertop, and from start to finish, they were just wonderful. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and courteous, and most importantly, they did an absolutely excellent job. They completed the work perfectly on time, and I was particularly impressed that they carefully removed my old countertop and existing tile backsplash without causing any damage.   Leonel and his crew were really efficient in getting us scheduled and getting the work started, which was great. However, the quality of the work itself has been quite disappointing. We’ve had several issues since the initial installation – a dripping water line, leaks from overflowing buckets, a shower faucet that fell off just three months later, and the shower door and mirror have some serious caulking and mounting problems. The light switch isn't working properly either. Hopefully, Leonel can be just as responsive in fixing these issues as he was in getting us started. report abuse
