Alan, my sales representative, was so helpful – he patiently answered all my questions, helped me choose the right coating for my needs, and worked around my schedule seamlessly. There was no pushy salesmanship, just genuinely good customer service. And Nathan, the installer, was fantastic too! He was punctual, super respectful of my space, and the quality of his work is just outstanding. The floor looks absolutely incredible – clean, glossy, and perfectly coated, even around the curb.   I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cardinal Concrete Coatings – they did an absolutely fantastic job on my porch, walkway, and driveway! From start to finish, the whole experience was really smooth and I’d definitely recommend them. Alan was so helpful during the initial call, and the customer service, especially Tonya, was fantastic – she handled the rain delay with such ease. Austin and Jacob were fantastic too, arriving right on time and completely finishing the job – about 800 square feet – by 1:30 pm. They were incredibly efficient and hardworking. We’ll be keeping an eye on how the coating holds up in the Arizona sun, but honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the service and the price, which was even better than another quote I got.   “I was really pleased with Cardinal Concrete Coatings. I was looking for a good, affordable way to refresh our deck, and after researching online, I found them. They insisted on having both my husband and me meet with a representative, which was a little unusual, but I appreciated their thoroughness. Mike came out, took accurate measurements, and really listened to what we wanted in terms of color and design. He provided us with samples and put together a couple of different estimates – the quote was fantastic! We had gotten another estimate beforehand, but it was just a quick walk-through with no real explanation or color options, and the price was higher. Cardinal Concrete Coatings were so professional and helpful, we went with them. They kept us informed about the schedule, and the work was completed exactly as promised. I wholeheartedly recommend them – we’re absolutely thrilled with the finished deck, and the customer service was outstanding.
