From the very beginning, they were the only company that actually responded to my calls – unlike so many others who just left personal phone numbers unanswered. The woman I spoke with was so friendly and quickly scheduled a free estimate. They were consistently on time for all appointments and never tried to pressure me into anything. Tanner did an absolutely fantastic job fixing the issue, and I ended up paying a really fair price.   “Yesterday morning, we had a really unsettling experience when our front door was completely damaged. Thankfully, ProStar Doors responded quickly and scheduled a repair for the next day. I was really impressed with their service – I got through to a friendly receptionist right away and she handled everything so efficiently, getting the appointment set up and walking me through the whole process. The technician arrived on time and was incredibly polite, and he even took the time to chat while he worked.   “I initially chose this company based on a friend’s recommendation, and I have to say John, the sales representative, was really pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right solution. I was happy with the initial quote for four windows and a French door. However, things went south when they came to confirm the job and I had to sign the paperwork. They unexpectedly increased the price by about $1500, and the sales rep didn’t seem to recall our previous conversation or the original quote he’d given me.
