  Okay, Home Depot definitely wins when it comes to sheer selection – they have way more supplies than anyone else. Their tool rental program is fantastic, earning them an A+. However, they really need to step up their customer service; finding an available associate for help was a consistent issue. report abuse

  “I really wanted to make a reservation, but the process was incredibly frustrating. I was only able to book online, and after waiting on hold for ten minutes, I was told they don’t accept reservations by phone and then disconnected.   Honestly, I had a really positive experience renting the demo saw there. The process was quick and easy, and they had a good selection of saws. Plus, the technicians were super helpful – would definitely recommend going there! report abuse
