“Overall, this team has been fantastic to work with. They’ve communicated really well and are incredibly flexible – they’ve been happy to adapt to my workflow while still making sure we’re meeting all our compliance and safety requirements. I particularly appreciated their proactive approach; they consistently asked good questions and, when they didn’t have an answer, they quickly sought out the best solution for us.”

“Cory was fantastic – truly deserving of a five-star rating. The whole experience working with this company was a pleasure, and we left 100% satisfied. Robert in the office was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the phone representative was so friendly and reassuring, making us feel completely confident in our decision.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with this installation. We’ve experienced over 40,000 gallons of water flooding our property twice since it was installed, and there’s been no real resolution. After the first flood, a subcontractor pointed out a leak, but Dan dismissed the concerns and, weeks later, we had an even bigger flood. I strongly advise against using this service.

“I was really pleased with the technician who came to our home – he was friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I’d definitely recommend this company!”
-
“I was really disappointed with this company. I hired them to fix a valve, and they gave me an initial quote. However, after the job was done, I received a bill that was double the original amount – it felt completely dishonest and unprofessional.”
-
“I couldn’t be happier with Bradley, Scott, and Sheridan’s service. They consistently went above and beyond, and their plumbing work was truly outstanding. I’ll definitely be using them again and wouldn’t consider anyone else for my plumbing needs in Arizona.”
-
“I was really concerned to find a large amount of trash, including boxes marked ‘American Backflow,’ dumped in my dumpster. As a paying customer, I expect to have my container maintained and not filled with other people’s waste.”
-
“That’s fantastic to hear you enjoyed it!”
