He went above and beyond, offering to take pictures of the different options and send them over so I could really get a good look before I headed down to the showroom. The showroom itself had a fantastic selection of floors. What really stood out was the direct-from-manufacturer pricing – it saved me a significant amount, around $200 to $400, compared to getting a quote from a traditional flooring store.
