  Overall, my experience at SFA was a bit mixed. As a first-time visitor, I was disappointed that my group wasn’t greeted when we arrived at the main desk – the staff seemed preoccupied chatting amongst themselves. We ended up browsing on our own. Thankfully, we were able to find all the 12x24 matte white/light grey tiles we were looking for. We then requested client approval at a separate desk, and a helpful associate quickly identified the tiles we’d already noted. While the initial lack of greeting at the showroom was a letdown, I really appreciated the owner reaching out to understand my feedback, which shows a commitment to customer service. Ultimately, I’m giving SFA a 4-star rating – the associate’s efficiency and willingness to help made a positive impression. report abuse

  Honestly, we were really disappointed with our experience purchasing carpet from SFA. The installation was a complete mess – the installers damaged all the paint on our baseboards, and the way they joined the carpet pieces left a very noticeable, unattractive line. We had them out twice to fix it; they initially cut the carpet incorrectly, and then hammered at it. To be frank, the last technician tried to brush off the issue by saying it was normal, which just wasn't true. We’ve had carpet installed in several homes before and have never encountered this problem. Despite their promises to return and address the issue, they never followed through. report abuse

  “Honestly, I was completely overwhelmed trying to figure this out on my own, but I finally decided to get some professional help. I went to Flooring America and they really took the stress out of it. Connie was fantastic – she helped me find the perfect samples and guided me to the right one. And the installation crew, especially Martin, were amazing. He kept me updated every step of the way, calling me before each visit and letting me know when he was leaving, which made the whole process so much smoother.” report abuse
