  “I’m really pleased with the work A1 Garage Door did on my doors. We’ve only been in the house for about four years, and while the doors themselves are around 10 years old, I’d been putting off getting them looked at until recently when two of them started having issues. I contacted the original installer, but he was unavailable for three days. Thankfully, I connected with Mike Price from A1, who was fantastic. He really seemed to get a handle on the situation – it turned out the existing coil springs weren’t heavy duty enough for our oversized doors with the glass panels, which weighed 350 pounds each. Mike recommended a full upgrade, including new heavy-duty springs, stronger motors, and quiet rollers. I agreed, and he and his trainee did an incredible job! They arrived in the morning and worked tirelessly until 5pm, completely replacing the motors, springs, and rollers. The doors are now so quiet and operate with such precision – they don’t slam at all! I wholeheartedly recommend Mike Price and A1 Garage Door.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service I received. Eduardo Rojas was fantastic – he was so professional, got the job done quickly and clearly explained everything to me. He was especially helpful walking me through the recommended parts for my garage door and setting up the MyQ keypad.   “Jake was fantastic – really professional and easy to work with. He arrived on time, looked great, and was incredibly friendly. He quickly pointed out that our garage door has a camera and patiently walked me through pairing my iPhone with it. We had a critical issue – our new garage door opener failing just before a long-awaited vacation – and they responded incredibly quickly, sending someone out the very next day.   “I can’t recommend Steve and A1 Garage enough! He was absolutely fantastic – he arrived right on time, quickly identified the problem with our garage door, and did a really thorough and efficient job. But what really impressed me was his professionalism and how friendly and patient he was. He took the time to explain everything clearly, including the costs, so there were absolutely no surprises.
