  “I contacted Elite to get a quote on two roll-up garage doors, and I was initially told they did install them. However, the person who came to my house to take measurements seemed unsure and had to check with the office. Despite that, he still proceeded with the measurements. I had a lot of questions about the doors – whether they were insulated, how they sealed, and what modifications would be needed – but he couldn’t answer any of them. He promised to call me the next day, but I never heard from him. Shortly after, I received multiple requests from the company to leave a review. Honestly, don’t bother trying to get an estimate or a return call from Elite; it seems like they’re not reliable.” report abuse

  “I was so incredibly grateful for Elite’s service when my garage door broke down unexpectedly. They really went above and beyond, rearranging their schedule to fit my urgent situation – I was heading out of town for six months that night! The technician was fantastic – polite, professional, and clearly very skilled. He was able to temporarily repair the door, which gave me huge peace of mind.   “Overall, the tech did a great job – he quickly identified the problem and was there within five hours. I really appreciated that. However, I was quite surprised by the pricing. The cost of the parts, particularly the springs and the cable, was significantly higher than what I’ve seen online. It was over $300 for the springs and nearly $150 for 16 feet of cable, and the installation cost was also quite high. I’d definitely look for more competitive pricing on those parts.” report abuse

  “I was so impressed with Elite Garage Door! They responded to my urgent repair need really quickly – Juan arrived just after 7pm after I called around 6pm. He expertly replaced the broken spring and, recognizing my opener was quite old, I also upgraded it. Juan took the time to thoroughly explain everything he found and the different repair options, and thankfully he was able to finish the job that same evening, which was a huge relief. He even included a great 10-year warranty on the parts, and he took the time to show me how to maintain the door so I can keep it running smoothly for years to come.   “I’ve moved forward with replacing the garage door, after the employee came and assessed the situation. They’re requiring a 70% down payment, which I’m honestly a little uncomfortable with. The employee was very knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the different options, but I’m still waiting to hear about the actual installation date – I’ve had to follow up multiple times and they haven’t been able to give me a firm timeline, just waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. It’s frustrating, especially since this used to be handled so smoothly by Precision, who were much easier to work with.” report abuse
