  “I’d really advise other designers to avoid StyleMe by GHD. The quality of the products I received was significantly lower than what’s shown online, and when I tried to arrange an exchange or return, I was met with a frustrating lack of response – it took over a week to get any communication, far longer than the promised 4-8 business days. To add to the problem, the return link didn’t work, which meant I couldn’t return the item within the 14-day window. There’s no phone number available for support, and ultimately, I was left stuck with damaged goods with no way to get a satisfactory resolution. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using them for sourcing merchandise; your clients would likely be very disappointed.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this purchase. I received parts that were clearly intended for two completely different beds – a huge mistake! And to make matters worse, I’ve been trying to get in touch with their customer service for over 96 hours with absolutely no response. It’s unacceptable that they don't even have a customer service number. Honestly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere – there are so many other places out there offering unique furniture with better quality and, crucially, responsive customer support.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. We ordered two nightstands and paid extra for the white glove delivery service, only to have the delivery driver immediately scratch the top of one of them with a box cutter. Home Design offered us only a 35% discount – completely unacceptable considering the damage. These beautiful nightstands are now ruined, and with us already dealing with problems with other products from this company, it’s been a truly frustrating ordeal. What really added insult to injury was when we asked about a repair kit, they initially said yes, but then drastically reduced our discount to just 10%. It feels like they’re trying to avoid taking responsibility for the damage. Communication has also been a nightmare – we’ve had to rely solely on text and email, and it’s been impossible to speak to a real person. Honestly, this whole experience has felt like a complete joke. I strongly advise against ordering from here; there are plenty of other online home design stores with much better service. report abuse
