  “I honestly can’t rave enough about Tin Works! I was in a really tough spot – I desperately needed a custom crib part and just couldn't find anyone who would even take on such a small job. I contacted several metal fabricators, but they all said it was too small. Then I spoke with Larie, and she was so incredibly helpful and understanding. They were able to create the initial part, and then, unbelievably, they stepped in again when I realized I was missing two more! Seriously, they saved the day! We’re already planning on recommending them to everyone we know – their work in their showroom is absolutely stunning, and I truly appreciate their willingness to help, especially with something as small as this.” report abuse

However, Bill never followed up as promised, despite multiple calls from me.   “I was referred to this company by Spencer’s Appliances, and unfortunately, I’ve been incredibly frustrated with the process. I waited six weeks for a quote on a hood exhaust fan duct cover – they even sent someone to measure. Despite multiple attempts to get the quote from “Bill,” I still haven’t heard anything but broken promises. Because of this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.” report abuse
