But Rodrigo, the technician, was truly exceptional. He arrived around 1 am with such a positive attitude and offered really helpful suggestions. He gave me a fair estimate and quickly and efficiently resolved my problem using the tools he had on hand.   “I would strongly advise against using Cactus Plumbing. I recently had someone from their company come to my house, and they charged me only $30 for absolutely no work – they just tried to pressure me into a ridiculously inflated quote of $900 to $2500 to replace a very simple part. When I questioned the high price, they just brushed it off with vague excuses about it being ‘difficult’ and needing to cut into my wall. I contacted other plumbers nearby, and their receptionist was able to provide an accurate quote over the phone for a fraction of the cost. They quickly and efficiently fixed my problem. Honestly, I don’t trust Cactus Plumbing at all – they seem to be trying to take advantage of people, and I’d definitely recommend steering clear, especially if you’re unsure about the nature of your plumbing issue.” report abuse

  “I wholeheartedly recommend Danny from Cactus Plumbing – he was fantastic! My parents had a really frustrating situation with a constantly running shower on a Friday, and he responded immediately. Not only did he quickly help them get the water shut off so they could still use the rest of the house, but he also followed up the next day to completely replace the faulty cartridge. The work was top-notch and my parents were incredibly impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his service.
