  Matthew did a fantastic job resolving our urgent toilet issue.   “I was really impressed with Rooter Ranger. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and efficient – probably the most prompt plumbing service I’ve ever encountered. The office staff was fantastic, and Connor, the technician who came to my house, was both polite and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me understand my options. To top it off, they offered same-day service on a Sunday with no extra charge, which was a huge bonus. It’s great to see a company that still values good service like my previous plumber did.   Christian did an excellent job tackling my plumbing blockage – he really kept me in the loop on everything that was happening, which I appreciated. After the second snaking, I’m already seeing some water starting to drain, so I’ll run the faucet a bit longer to see if I can fully clear it.   Jon was fantastic to work with – honestly, a real pleasure. He really went above and beyond, keeping us fully in the loop on everything and maintaining a great sense of humor throughout the whole project. He quickly understood our septic tank issue and handled it with a really professional approach.   “Nikko and Seth were fantastic! They arrived promptly, got right to work, and really put in a tremendous amount of effort.
