  “Honestly, my experience with Don was incredibly frustrating. There was a complete lack of communication, and he seemed to constantly make excuses. He wouldn’t allow me to speak with anyone else, insisting he was both the manager and owner, which felt completely unreasonable. It took a staggering ten months before Mike even came out to begin the pool setup – a really disappointing process overall.” report abuse
