  Desert Skies Contracting did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our property – it was a really significant project, involving two new bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lot of wall work including a load-bearing wall. They handled everything from the plumbing and electrical to the new flooring. Cole Gibson was our main point of contact, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly reasonable with his pricing, always kept us fully informed, and was really accommodating when we made some changes along the way.   Karson and Cole were fantastic – a really professional team who completely turned a simple carpet replacement into a much more involved mold and water damage remediation project. They quickly identified the problem and their team did an amazing job, taking care of everything properly, from removing the damaged flooring and drywall to re-stuccoing.   Desert Skies Contracting was truly a lifesaver for us. We were in a really stressful situation – we had a major water leak and the initial restoration company we hired just tore up our place and left us with nothing. Then, Cole from Desert Skies stepped in and was able to get a team over to assess the damage the same day. They were incredibly responsive and professional, and they completely turned things around. They replaced the drywall, expertly textured and painted everything, and even protected our floors with paper and plastic. Their flooring crew was fantastic, getting the entire wood replacement done in a single day and helping us find matching wood.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the team’s work on our renovation. Because we were updating an older home, the project involved a significant amount of work – gutting and remodeling all four bathrooms, completely renovating our kitchen, and tackling some older drywall issues throughout the house. They really went above and beyond, handling everything from the tile work (we loved the new large format tiles!) to coordinating all the subcontractors. What really stood out was their constant presence on-site, ensuring the quality of the work and that everything was running smoothly.   Honestly, we were so thrilled with the work Cole did remodeling our three bathrooms – it was a complete turnaround after some really frustrating experiences with previous contractors. We’d tried twice before and ended up with a huge mess of problems, including leaks and plumbing issues that made the bathrooms unusable. But Cole was fantastic. We called them on a Friday, and they immediately scheduled a consultation that same weekend. They spent hours listening to our ideas, helping us choose materials, and creating a solid plan. They were incredibly professional and reliable, arriving right on time and getting the job done in just a couple of weeks. We were blown away by the quality of their work – especially the stunning showers and the way they transformed our old built-in tub into a gorgeous, modern freestanding tub. They were even really accommodating when we realized there were a couple of small changes we wanted to make!   Desert Skies Contracting did an absolutely fantastic job rebuilding our ramada roof and painting the exterior of our house – it’s about 4300 square feet – and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The ramada project was particularly complex, with huge beams and lots of slats, and honestly, I was worried about finding someone capable of handling it after a frustrating search. Thankfully, we found Desert Skies. They completely demoed the old structure, expertly installed and painted everything, and even added a new fan/light combination. We were so impressed with the quality of their work. Beyond the ramada, they also painted our house, and they were incredibly careful, protecting our landscaping and cleaning up thoroughly – unlike other painters we've used who leave paint chips mixed in with our patios. They even offered a great color recommendation that we really loved! It’s clear they’re a hardworking and dedicated team, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. report abuse
