  Working with Rhodes Architecture & Light was a fantastic experience. From the start, Tim, Jeff, Julissa, and Cheryl were incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They really took the time to understand my vision and goals for remodeling my property, and I felt completely confident in their expertise. What impressed me most was their professionalism and attention to detail – they carefully considered my budget and skillfully coordinated with a whole team of other professionals, ensuring everything ran smoothly and efficiently.   Tim and his team did an absolutely amazing job with our remodel! They created a really stunning, modern design while still incorporating classic materials that are incredibly low-maintenance and beautiful. We especially love how the exterior blends seamlessly with the surroundings, and the interior is just gorgeous – the large windows and decks overlooking Puget Sound are incredible. They really listened to our vision and incorporated everything we wanted, from the smart lighting to the unique staircase railing and cozy fireplaces. Honestly, our neighbors are already raving about the house, and we’re so thrilled with the result – it’s truly a wonderful and comfortable home. report abuse

It’s so peaceful and bright, with really thoughtful design details that are both interesting and incredibly practical, without feeling forced. It really captures the idea of ‘less is more.’ Honestly, it’s the first home I’ve ever lived in that genuinely makes me happy. Tim also designed a beautiful, simple pergola for us a few years later, and it just fit in perfectly with the original house. Three years ago, we hired Tim and his team to tackle a really ambitious project: transforming an existing 1940s foundation into a beautiful, accessible, industrial-modern home for our family.
