“We’re absolutely thrilled with our Method home – we’ve been living in it for over a year now, and honestly, it’s been the best construction experience we’ve ever had. The team was incredibly reliable, always on time and within budget, and they were so easy to communicate with. But beyond that, the workmanship was truly outstanding. I’m a pretty thorough researcher, so I spent a lot of time looking for the right builder, and Method really stood out. I saw them at the Dwell-on-Design show and they were clearly a step above the competition. The whole process was so smooth and straightforward, with really clear and responsive communication. And the finished product? It's absolutely stunning. The inspector even commented on how impressively built it was, pointing out a huge beam – he said he'd never seen anything like it on a residential home! But it wasn’t just the quality of the build; their customer service was exceptional. When we had a problem with the sidings – which turned out to be a manufacturing issue – they went above and beyond, sending two of their top guys from Seattle all the way to LA to fix it. Seriously, what more could you ask for? It’s been a fantastic experience overall – excellent quality, excellent service, we couldn't be happier!”

John was a fantastic agent – he really went above and beyond to show us several properties in the area and even gave us a tour of their impressive facility in Ferndale. We were particularly impressed with the quality of their work; the modular approach is definitely something we were looking for.
