Hammer and Hand did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our garage and adding an in-law suite above – we couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole project was incredibly well managed, and the quality of their work was outstanding. We were particularly impressed with Will Smithson, our site superintendent. He was so patient in helping us make all of our decisions, incredibly detail-oriented in bringing our design to life, and he worked seamlessly with both our interior designer and architect. Honestly, we wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any future construction projects.

We were absolutely thrilled with the kitchen remodel Hammer & Hand did for us! Kevin McCleskey, our site manager, was outstanding – truly the best we’ve ever worked with. He was incredibly meticulous and ensured that everyone on the team was delivering top-quality work, and we really appreciated his commitment to detail and that he never seemed to cut any corners. It was also fantastic to have him working with us daily for those few months; he’s just a genuinely great guy. A special thanks also goes to Ellen for keeping everything so well-organized and making sure all the little details were taken care of, and to Alex for sharing our enthusiasm for the project. Thanks, H&H!

I was really disappointed with my experience calling about this property. The woman I spoke with was incredibly dismissive and frankly, quite unpleasant. I’m in the process of renovating a house in White Center and I’m hoping to use it to create emergency housing for single parents through a small non-profit. To make matters worse, she seemed completely uninterested in my project and just asked if it was in Lynnwood! It felt like she was trying to discourage me, and I was left feeling like my ideas weren’t valued. I’m hoping the company will reconsider its approach and perhaps think about how they can support positive community initiatives rather than simply focusing on large, potentially harmful projects.

“It’s really concerning to see this vehicle parked illegally for so long, especially considering the existing parking challenges in the area. It seems like adding to an already difficult situation.”
