  “I really wanted to switch from a wood fireplace to something easier, and MAP recommended a gas insert – my friend had a great experience with them. The whole process was surprisingly straightforward once I’d picked the insert I wanted. I’m so much happier not having to deal with cleaning and upkeep, and I was really impressed with how clean and courteous everyone was during the installation.   “I absolutely recommend MAP – my plaster told me to go with them, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They’re not the cheapest option around, but compared to the other local companies we looked at, the difference in quality was huge. They were incredibly meticulous and clean, unlike some of the others. Ray, my sales guy, was fantastic too – really knowledgeable about his products and always super responsive. We used closed and open cell foam for insulation, getting significantly more R-value than the fiberglass other companies quoted for the same price. Plus, they even insulated our interior walls for soundproofing at the same cost as the materials themselves from the lumber yard, and they tackled the gutters and guards while they were at it, even insulating our garage! Seriously, from the initial estimate – Ray just wanted to get us on the schedule, and they delivered everything quickly and efficiently with no hassle at all. Highly recommend!” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this experience. I used their insulation products for a recent addition and to address some issues with my existing home, including adding baffles. I’d recently invested a significant amount of money replacing my entire deck, and unfortunately, I’m now dealing with mold growth behind the baffles. I contacted the salesperson about this, sent photos as requested, but didn't receive any response. Now I’m stuck paying for mold remediation, and it’s incredibly frustrating.” report abuse
