  “I’m so pleased with the service I received when my SolarEdge inverter malfunctioned. Keri, the administrative assistant, was fantastic – she quickly got SolarEdge involved, remotely diagnosed the problem, and even took care of ordering and shipping the replacement inverter. Jake, the electrician, did a great job swapping it out, and now my system is working perfectly again! It’s been a little bit of a journey with this system – I’ve had it since 2015, and this is my third SolarEdge inverter. While I can’t comment on the long-term durability of SolarEdge inverters themselves, GotSun-GoSolar’s service, particularly Keri’s responsiveness and attention to detail, was truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful, answering all of our questions with patience and a real willingness to assist.   “We recently completed a solar panel installation for Ron in Riverside, RI, and unfortunately, the experience was quite challenging. We utilized high-quality commercial-grade panels, which were, as expected, shorter than standard residential connectors. When we flagged this to Ron, he suggested simply adding extensions – a solution that would have actually increased the potential points of failure in the system. Despite our concerns, we proceeded with the installation as requested. Unfortunately, Ron has failed to pay us the full amount due, and we are now pursuing legal action.” report abuse

  “I had a truly terrible experience working with this company as a contractor. They failed to pay me for the work I completed, despite meeting all requirements and delivering the project as agreed. The lead installer seemed completely disorganized and ultimately abandoned the job, leaving the property in a precarious state. I’m now facing legal action, including sending a collection attorney, due to their negligence and failure to honor their financial obligations.   “We absolutely love our solar panels from Got Sun Go Solar – it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! Our electricity bills were consistently between $300 and $400 a month, and with prices just continuing to rise, we knew we needed a change. It’s fantastic to be moving towards cleaner, more efficient energy. Got Sun is currently installing battery systems for us, which means we’ll be able to keep the lights on even when the power goes out.   “We were really pleased with the service we received. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and the team was fantastic – they communicated clearly and arrived exactly when they said they would. Our daughter, who works in the solar industry out west, was also really impressed with their proposal and the quality of the panels. We especially appreciate how responsive they are whenever we have a question, and we’ve found the online monitoring system – being able to track the output for each panel daily and over time – to be incredibly useful.
