  “From start to finish, Filomena was fantastic! My wife and I had been talking to another company before we met her, and honestly, it felt like they just weren’t really hearing what we wanted. They almost tried to push us towards a cheaper option, which just wasn’t what we were looking for. Filomena was so great – she really listened to us and made sure we got exactly the windows we wanted. Plus, she was always super responsive. The whole team, including the installation crew, made us feel valued and it was clear they cared about our project.   “I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Pella. Dealing with a custom door project was a big undertaking, and I needed a company that could handle the scale of it. From the very beginning, Filomena was fantastic – so easy to work with and incredibly responsive, which was a welcome change after a frustrating two-year search for a contractor. Pete did a great job with the initial inspection, and then Joe Perry absolutely blew me away! Seriously, I never thought my house could look this good. Everyone else I spoke with told me it was impossible to achieve this result with my old doors, but Pella delivered. If you’re considering a custom door and have been told it’s too difficult, I highly recommend giving them a call – specifically ask for Filomena and Joe!” report abuse

  “We’ve had our Pella patio slider for over 20 years now, and it’s amazing – it still slides perfectly, even with all the use we’ve gotten. We didn’t have any drafts, which is fantastic. We did need a repair on the locking mechanism, and it took a little while to get someone out here, but the repairman was really great and got the door working like new.” report abuse

Bob Schow was fantastic – he was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and genuinely seemed invested in making sure we made the right choice, without any pushy sales tactics. He patiently answered all our questions and even came back a second time to address them further. The crew – Steve, Brett, Don, and Mike – were absolutely outstanding. They were so professional, hardworking, and considerate, especially given the challenges of renovating a 110-year-old home. They cleaned up perfectly as they went, and the final result is just incredible. Not only do the new windows and storm door look fantastic, but we’ve already noticed a huge difference in temperature and noise levels – the drafts are gone, and the house is so much quieter.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Pella. Robert was a fantastic consultant – he really took the time to understand our needs and walked us through the entire window replacement process in a really helpful and friendly way. We especially appreciated his guidance in selecting the perfect windows for our home. And the installers were just great; they were polite, kept their work area tidy, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.   “We were really struggling with our old, drafty casement windows on the front of the house, and they were held together with nothing more than tape – it was a serious problem with winter coming up. Pella was fantastic from start to finish. Vinny came out, took all the measurements quickly, and we had a quote and a schedule within an hour. The installation team was incredibly professional and did an absolutely amazing job – they really knocked it out of the park! The new windows look fantastic and are already making a huge difference in keeping the cold air out. Plus, their financing options were super helpful. We even got a quote from another company, and Pella’s windows were just a bit better value, with better terms.
