  “I couldn’t be happier with my home-buying experience through Anderson Homes. I initially bought my first house in Sequim, and then, in 2018, we moved into our beautiful custom home in Cedar Ridge – a truly wonderful project designed by Anderson Homes. From the very beginning, working with Caleb Anderson made me feel like we were in good hands. He and his team were incredibly trustworthy, transparent, and genuinely committed to delivering on their promises. The whole process, from the initial design conversations to the final walkthrough, was just fantastic. Lindberg & Smith really understood our vision, and quickly created a floor plan that perfectly suited our lot and offered stunning bay views. Caleb was brilliant at putting together a detailed plan, and Garret, our Project Superintendent, was absolutely phenomenal – he kept everything running smoothly, on time and within budget, and even used CoConstruct to keep us updated while we were away. And Trisa, the color and finish consultant, really brought the house to life with her expertise, while the accounting handled by Trisha was always prompt and accurate. Honestly, the finished product is a dream come true. It’s a beautifully constructed home that truly reflects Anderson Homes’ dedication to excellence, and I’d give them a solid 11 out of 10 – it was a truly enjoyable and stress-free experience.” report abuse

  We’re absolutely thrilled with our new home in Sequim’s Cedar Ridge development, built by Anderson Homes. As newcomers to the area, we were really impressed from the very beginning. From the moment we got the keys, the builder’s representative, Nick Jagger, went above and beyond to show us around, explain everything, and answer all our questions. They provided an incredibly thorough binder packed with information about every system and appliance, including all manuals and warranties – it was truly exceptional. But it’s not just the initial setup; we’re continually amazed by the quality of the construction. The attention to detail is outstanding – things like every screw and switch plate being aligned is a testament to their commitment. And Nick Jagger has been a fantastic resource. He’s incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which has given us a tremendous sense of security. If you're looking for a reliable and well-built home in the North Western Washington area, we wholeheartedly recommend Anderson Homes – it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! report abuse

  Anderson Homes was absolutely fantastic – Rick Anderson and his whole team truly went above and beyond our expectations. They’ve created a genuinely remarkable experience, and it’s refreshing to see such dedication to quality, honesty, and respect. From the beginning, with Christy Fulmer in sales, to the seamless scheduling by Trisha Mitts, the beautiful design guidance of Kassie Dotlich, the efficient work of Beth Alexander and Ian Hillway, and the incredible supervision of Kenny Morrison and Jake Blaskie, everyone was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our dream home a reality. Kenny, in particular, was a shining star – a true ‘Shining Star’ who we’re so excited to have as our superintendent as we start building our custom home in the Cedar Ridge Village rental.   Honestly, the whole experience was fantastic! From start to finish, everyone involved was incredibly helpful and responsive. They really listened to our ideas and were happy to accommodate any changes we wanted, and they were so knowledgeable too.
