  Honestly, we couldn't be more thrilled with our new home in Annapolis, which we bought directly from Ken at Grand Villa Homes. It’s exactly what we’d hoped for – the craftsmanship is truly outstanding. What really set it apart was working directly with Ken; it was so much easier than dealing with a big company and all the different people involved. He was amazing throughout the whole process, from building our home to after we moved in, and he’s even gone out of his way to take care of little things as the house settled.   Overall, we’re really pleased with our home built by Grand Villa Homes in Severna Park. From the very beginning, working directly with Ken, the owner, was fantastic. It was so reassuring to have him as our main point of contact – it’s great not having to go through layers of people or get bounced around. We really appreciate his honesty and attentiveness. We even had a small issue with a leaking faucet, and Ken himself came out and fixed it that same day.
