  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Landmark. They were really easy to work with, offered competitive pricing, and managed to get the job – a roofing and gutter installation – done quickly, even with some tough weather conditions. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy with the work, and they promptly took care of a small adjustment I requested.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the work Landmark did on our roof. From the start, we’ve faced a constant stream of issues, culminating in a major leak. They initially installed the wrong shingles for our 1/12 pitch roof, and despite multiple visits from Landmark’s team, including Artie and Rob themselves, and a representative from the shingle company, the problem persists. The exposed nature of the roof, particularly above our pool and tiki bar, is concerning – you can clearly see the exposed nails and damaged wood. Frankly, it’s unacceptable that after confirming the incorrect material, Artie has stopped responding to our communication. We’ve tried every method – phone calls, texts, and emails – with no resolution. We’re seriously considering pursuing this further through MHIC, the BBB, and consulting with a lawyer to ensure we’re compensated for the significant damage and frustration this has caused. report abuse
