They not only added the lighting and outlets we needed for our basement workspace, but they also took care of some older problems and even installed an EV charger.   I was really disappointed with this service. I contacted them in November and was told they were too busy until the new year. After a lot of follow-up calls in January, we finally managed to schedule a date, but unfortunately, no one showed up. While my job wasn’t urgent, I was still frustrated by the missed appointment and won’t be using their services again. report abuse

  Dean and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our home in Elkhart Lake. He really went above and beyond, tackling a lot of updates over several months, and it was so reassuring to have someone so flexible and communicative, especially as we were new to the area.   “We experienced a power outage, and thankfully, Deans were able to quickly respond. They investigated and determined the issue was likely a faulty service cable to our basement. We were able to continue running our home generator, which confirmed it was the cable causing the problem.” report abuse
