  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. I hired this company back in October of 2020, and despite signing a contract, they were unable to finish the job until July of 2021, and they kept nearly $20,000 of my money. I requested a refund, but it wasn't processed after just a week. After a conversation with a salesperson, they promised to complete the remaining work within a month, but then followed up with another delay, requiring even more time. It felt like a complete lack of coordination – the COO even argued with me about limited installation capacity despite receiving information about a large team ready to work. To top it off, a neighbor who recommended them left trash in their yard. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company; it’s clear there's a serious disconnect between their promises and their actions.” report abuse

  “I’m absolutely thrilled with this company – seriously, it’s been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and they really seemed to care about my needs. The results were fantastic, exceeding all my expectations, and to top it off, I’m now only paying $5.00 a month for electricity! It would have been great if they’d been open to a visit to talk through the possibilities – that would have shown a bit more willingness to explore options.
