  We absolutely loved our kitchen remodel done by Southland Remodeling! We went with them based on a friend’s fantastic recommendation, and it was spot on. Our project manager, Oren, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us design a kitchen that was both incredibly practical and beautiful – we especially appreciated how he coordinated everything from the flooring to the backsplash.   Working with Ilan and South Land Remodeling was truly exceptional – a complete game-changer for our family. We had a really tight deadline, needing the bulk of our renovation finished in just four weeks to prepare for our new baby’s arrival, and frankly, a lot of other contractors told us it wasn’t possible. But Ilan immediately understood our situation, was upfront about what we could realistically achieve, and gave us an honest estimate, even considering the current supply chain delays. More importantly, he was just a genuinely easy and pleasant person to work with. He followed up with us that very evening with a detailed quote and a patio door estimate – something the other contractors simply didn't do. Because of the urgency, we chose SLR and they were in the house the next day! Throughout the process, we were able to easily communicate with Ilan, and he was always there to guide us, especially when it came to choosing materials like flooring and tile. He even helped us negotiate discounts. In the end, a fantastic team of twelve people worked tirelessly to meet our deadline, and while there were a couple of minor delays – entirely due to the vendors – they managed to get the job done ahead of schedule. We absolutely love our new home, and we’re so happy with the quality of the work. We made some last-minute changes, and Ilan handled everything seamlessly.   Overall, Southland Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our home. Oren and his team were incredibly accommodating and flexible, working around our schedule seamlessly.   Southland Remodeling completely transformed our home and we couldn’t be happier! As first-time homeowners, we were understandably a little nervous about the remodeling process, but David and Oren made it such a smooth and positive experience. They handled everything – from designing and remodeling our kitchen to installing a pocket door and taking care of the AC, electrical panel, and interior painting – with professionalism and care.   Overall, I was really pleased with the remodel we had done by SLR, especially with Mickey as our lead contractor. They delivered the project on time and, while it ended up costing a little more than our initial estimate, it was a reasonable difference. We did encounter a few typical renovation challenges, but all in all, they did a fantastic job, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone considering a remodel. report abuse

  Oren and the whole team at South Land absolutely knocked it out of the park! I honestly can’t remember ever working with a contractor as skilled and professional as they were. We had our master shower completely redone – Italian porcelain, a beautiful custom ‘steam shower’ glass enclosure, a rain shower head, and wall-mount shower head – and the finished product is just incredible. Seriously, the level of detail they paid to every little thing, from the finishes to the overall design, made our shower feel absolutely luxurious, like something you’d find in a $5 million home. Oren and South Land have completely set the bar for us, and we’re already planning to use them for our next project! We really appreciate their commitment to quality and their honest, straightforward approach – we’ll definitely be reaching out to them for any future work.
